SECTION A: PRIVACY POLICY HIGHLIGHTS

PhotoShoot and its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates operate a mobile application, a website, and develop software. We govern these with a single privacy policy. This notice provides highlights of our Full Privacy Policy. It briefly describes the collection and use of information when you use our mobile application or interact with our website.

Personal Information

We collect personal information for various purposes when you interact with us, such as responding to requests for service or assistance, creating and improving our products and services, and protecting our rights and property. We may also use this information for business purposes such as in app transaction and payment records. We collect information about you in two basic ways: Firstly, we receive information directly from you such as your Instagram username and location. Secondly, through use of cookies and other technologies, we are theoretically able to keep track of your interactions.

Your information is used to communicate with you, operate, support and improve our app and website, optimise search results within the app, conduct internal research such as the number of app users in a certain location, and to provide customer support.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“policy”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PhotoShoot. YOU MAY ALSO READ OUR ‘’PRIVACY POLICY HIGHLIGHTS’’ WHICH ARE A SIMPLIFIED VERSION OF THIS POLICY. PhotoShoot IS PROVIDED FOR YOU, YOUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS, AND ANY OTHER ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU ACCEPT THIS POLICY (COLLECTIVELY, “you”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE PhotoShoot OR ANY RELATED SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.

By accessing the PhotoShoot mobile application or website in any way, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as described in this policy. If you are using PhotoShoot on behalf of your employer, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept this policy on your employer’s behalf, and that your employer agrees to indemnify PhotoShoot for violations of this agreement. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data and information that you share directly with other app users via the PhotoShoot App. If you do not agree with this policy in any way, please do not use our sites or services. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties. Your personal information will only be shared with third parties in circumstances where the law requires it to be shared.

Submitted Information

When you create an account with PhotoShoot, we collect the information that you provide when setting up your profile. At a minimum, this information consists of your Instagram Name and Username, your location, your age (e.g. over 18 or under 18), basic information on your user-type and skill level, and also any photos that you upload. We will also collect other information you choose to provide to us through customer service requests and other communications you may initiate, this may include your email address. To the extent you decline to share certain information with us, we may not be able to provide some or all of the features and functionalities found on PhotoShoot. By deleting your account, all of your information that we’ve stored will be permanently deleted.

Automatically Collected Information 

When you use the PhotoShoot mobile application or website (the Service), we gather certain non-personally identifiable information from you, and this information can be associated with your user account and information you submit to us. This includes usage information, such as information on when, how often and for how long you use the Service, how often, and the type of users you’re connecting with, as well as server log data such as a device’s IP address, type of device, MAC address and operating system version.

Payment Information

Where needed to process payments and generally includes your credit or debit card number, billing address, expiration date, and card verification number.

Social Networking Information 

It’s mandatory to create your PhotoShoot account by logging in through the social networking site Instagram. Integration with Instagram allows us to offer a more personalised and safe experience to you when you use our service. When you log in to PhotoShoot using Instagram, they will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to them (such as your profile picture, and username), and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this policy. Please be aware that the manner in which Instagram use, store and disclose your information is governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of Instagram, and not PhotoShoot. 

Tracking and Cookies 

The PhotoShoot app and website may use both web beacons and cookies to collect information. “Beacons” (also often referred to as “pixels”) are tiny graphics on a web page designed to track when a page is viewed. “Cookies” are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that are downloaded by your web browser or mobile device when you visit a website. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies when you access and use our services. Cookies may be used, for example, to remember your user account information, and to assist us in measuring and analysing site traffic. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our services. Persistent cookies can be removed. Please review your browser’s documentation to learn the best way to modify your cookie settings. Like many services, our service does not currently respond to “do not track” browser headers. However, you can take steps to limit tracking by erasing cookies from your devices hard drive and by setting your browser to block all cookies or warn you before a cookie is stored.

Mobile Device IDs 

We will create a unique, random alphanumeric identifier and associate it with your device and the information about you on our servers. We will use this identifier to recognise and remember your device when you use our service. If you enable push notifications, we will collect and use your device’s hard-coded unique identifier in order to be able to send your push notifications.

Location-Based Information 

If you have location services turned on through your mobile device preferences, we will receive information regarding your precise location when you update your current location on your PhotoShoot App profile. This will optimise the search results and make your user experience more enjoyable, although it is not mandatory. We may also use your location to personalise your experience.

Analytics Service 

Third party analytics service providers will receive data regarding your usage of PhotoShoot in order to provide analytics services to us. As of the date of this policy, these service providers include Google Play and the App Store. For information about the privacy practices of these services providers please visit their respective websites. If You elect to opt-out of data collection by these service providers (to the extent available) and subsequently use our service through a different device or otherwise change your cookie or privacy settings on your device, you will need to update your preferences again.

Viewing and Amending Information

You can log into your user account and view or amend your user account information at any time. Please note that while changes to your account information are reflected promptly in active user databases, our servers may retain previously provided information. Note that changes to your user account does not affect any other information collected by us, and we may retain and continue to use or disclose your information in accordance with this policy.

Choice Regarding Third-Party Offers 

To the extent we send you commercial messages regarding third-party marketing or promotional materials in the future,  we will give you the ability to opt-out of receiving such e-mails in accordance with applicable law. We will not provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

Security

The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers. We will maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information. However, no security measures are 100% effective and we cannot guarantee the security of your personally identifiable information. We expressly disclaim any representation or warranty, whether express or implied, with respect to ensuring, guaranteeing or otherwise offering any definitive promise of security in connection with your personal information or usage information. PhotoShoot does not recommend using its services to exchange any financial, medical or other sensitive information (including credit card numbers).

Transfer as Corporate Asset

In the event of a merger, sale of capital stock or assets, reorganisation, consolidation or similar transaction involving PhotoShoot, the information we possess (including personally identifiable information) shall be transferred as a corporate asset to the acquiring entity, provided that such entity will continue to handle such information in accordance with this policy.

Privacy Policy Changes 

We may revise this policy from time to time and, if we do, we will update it on this page and modify the date at the top of this policy. If our information practices change in a significant way, you will be provided notice by means of notice on our sites. Because our policy can change at any time, we encourage you to reread it periodically to see if there have been any changes that affect you. If you disagree with any changes to this policy and do not wish your information to be subject to the revised policy, you will need to deactivate your account and terminate your services. Your use of our mobile application and website following any such change constitutes your agreement that all information collected from or about you through our sites and services after the revised policy is posted will be subject to the terms of the revised policy.
